International Auto Film Festa (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Founder: Yoshiyuki Shimizu), an international automotive film festival launched in Japan in 2023, has begun accepting entries for its third edition on January 1, 2025.
As long as the film’s theme is cars, not only commercials but also social networking videos on YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, etc., can be submitted as long as the filmmaker is the filmmaker himself/herself.

Video regulations:
– Works of up to 15 minutes in length
– Films completed or exhibited after January 1, 2024.
– All entries must strictly adhere to the entry rules on the official website.
Language: Japanese, English, or Japanese or English subtitles.
Short film / Vlog / Road movie / Promotion video / Music Video / TVCM / Web commercial / Documentary / Client work / Independent work / CG / Animation / e.t.c. Any genre is acceptable.
*Works already released to the public are also eligible to apply.
*All individuals, groups, companies, etc., regardless of nationality or age, are free to participate in the competition as long as the theme of the film is cars (automobiles).

We were opened on January 1, 2025, and we are starting to receive entries from around the globe.
This year, we welcomed new jury members from outside Japan. We are planning to hold award ceremonies and other events that will be enjoyable for many people.
The festival is a competition-style film festival that welcomes all films with an automotive theme free of charge. We look forward to your participation.
