Regulations
・Films must be completed or publicly released after January 1, 2023.
・Each entry is limited to 15 minutes or less.
・Premier status is not required; films already publicly available are also accepted.

Award Ceremony
On April 27, 2024
The Award Party on April 27, 2024, held at AXIS Gallery in Tokyo, was co-hosted with Le Garage. The event celebrated the nominated films, introduced directors in attendance, and announced the award winners.
Portuguese Grand Prix winner Mário Bock and Italian Drama Award winner Giulia Savi were unable to attend in person. Instead, Mr. Miguel Garcia, Counsellor of the Portuguese Embassy, and Mr. Giuseppe Di Murro, First Secretary of the Italian Embassy, graciously accepted the awards on their behalf.。

The director of the Grand Prix winner received a prize from Le Garage.
